Return Process

Upon delivery, please check your noodle packages for any signs of transit damage or missing items.

Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product or incorrect shipment.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a return authorization number or confirm your replacement status.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
